Central Physician Solutions launches claims service for podiatrists

Central Physician Solutions Inc. is entering San Antonio’s medical billing market.
The company opened a new office at 1380 Pantheon Gardens in order to specifically help area podiatrists with claims processing, medical billing and practice management.
The niche market of podiatry is often overlooked by many medical billing providers, company founder Tina Houser says. We feel that though area podiatrists may be small in number, their needs are great.
Houser says the company has the potential of helping local foot doctors increase their gross billings and shorten their accounts receivable time while reducing their costs.
Central Physician Solutions assesses a percentage of revenue collected as part of its fees. Company officials say this creates an incentive to collect the full medical reimbursement on behalf of the medical practitioners.
