Best physician recruitment would come via tort reform

side note: Looks like this Sandwich doctor wants to scrap the system and start fresh. Her letter to the editor explains how the medical malpractice resolution system is flawed and needs to be updated in order to attract more doctors to Massachusetts.

I am pleased the Sandwich Health Association is offering $30,000 toward local physician recruitment. If legislators in Massachusetts are truly interested in recruiting and retaining physicians, however, they should drastically overhaul medical malpractice laws.
